Mums n Bubs
Postnatel yoga class designed for mum and baby. (Mother must have had 6-8 postnatel check up and babies up to and before crawling)
A wonderful opportunity for you as a new mum to ease your way back into exercise after the birth of your baby. Discover how yoga can help you stretch, strengthen and tone your body.
Whether you are new to yoga or reconnecting with it, these classes will restore your sense of wellbeing.
The morning sickness, achy lower back, and fatigue of pregnancy have passed. But for new mamas, a whole other different set of physical conditions often accompanies the bliss of loving your little creation. Luckily, a few simple yoga poses address the most common concerns. Our bodies are always in transition, so don’t think that you have to be exactly the way you were before pregnancy, but you can expect to be healthy, vital, and strong again. Mum's aren’t the only ones who can benefit from yoga; a few basic moves for your baby can make your infant more comfortable and calm.
Mums N Wrigglers
This course will follow on from the mums and bubs but can be joined without having done the bubs, (6/8 months to walking) continue your post natal journey. During the baby yoga part of the class Mums perform yoga movements on their babies. These sequences are designed to aid baby’s coordination and joint mobility, stimulating the brain, aiding digestion and relaxation.
Mums N Tots (starting June 2018)
This course will follow on from the mums n wrigglers, but can be joined without having done any previous courses, (walking to 3 years). Yoga for your tot is taught through games and stories. The tots are immersed into a different theme each week, allowing their imagination to take over. We bring animals, jungles, knights and princesses to life through our special yoga stories. We sing lots of songs and children are encouraged to begin to express their creativity and build confidence in fun and engaging yoga games. Children start to learn the foundations of our values of acceptance and kindness and the beginnings of relaxation are brought in at the end of each class, encouraging tota to begin to calm their mind and bodies. Mums are equally encourage to join the yoga and a flow will be added to offer gentle stretches to ease the mind and body.

MUMS N WRIGGLERS STARTS 7TH JUNE 11.15AM (ideal from 6/8 months to walking)
MUMS N TOTS MON 1.35PM STARTS 11TH JUNE (ideal from walking to 3yrs)
£48/56 6/7 WEEK COURSE. (if space can join mid term).
