We wake up and the day doesn’t start as we hope, a little disappointment, you trip on your way to work and get a hole in your tights it can be anything big or small. This is the time to dip into our super powers. Ok, ok, I know we can’t fly like superman, but, we all have our own super powers.
Think about your strong points and what comes naturally to you but not others, how would you define yourself? How would you talk about yourself if describing yourself to others? We all have strong points and by tapping into them we can find long lasting happiness. Science shows that happier people make healthier choices, whether this is by clean eating, walking more or enjoying an extra yoga practice within a group rather than at home. Identify your own super power and start being more active, sleep well, eat clean and be happy, curious and humorous.
