Yoga is peace of mind, a practice of yoga quietens and calms the mind which in turn relieves stress. Within each yoga class you will focus on your moves, breath into your moves, giving yourself time to think into the move. This in turn will stop you worrying, freeing your mind, giving yourself time to release tension. Calming your mind with breathing exercises, which in turn will leave you energised.
