The crow pose, an arm balance pose. This pose often looks more scary than it actually is, you know, the feeling that you are about to fall on your head!
Fight this fear as the crow pose encourages our body awareness and makes our mind and body connect.
To do this pose you need to get into a squat, placing your hands palm down on your mat making sure the middle finger is pointing forward. Keep you hips and feet close and using your core you lift up, use the backs of your arms to balance the knees and lean forward. Make sure you look forward and not down.
The crow pose is a full body workout, working arms, core muscles as well as strengthening wrists, back and legs.
