Friday eeeek it will be the 1st December, if you have children the excitement level is about to go through the roof, if you don't it is the start of party season..... how are you going to get through it all and arrive into January feeling good about yourself?
Meditation, it calms our minds and acceptance of ourselves. It gives us time to reflect and make good choices, it helps us choose healthy options and set intentions. I know, you think how am I going to make the time for meditation..... 5 minutes is all it takes to reflect and think quietly for yourself setting intentions from calming the children to making sure you drink enough water when hitting the party scene.
Meditation slows the ageing process as it helps us stay calm, it increases our happiness and our self awareness. So make sure you give yourself 5 minutes each day to meditate this December.
